Crystal Edition, base game is in it. Would actually be weird if it didn't.
As Judy Hopps pointed out, the Crystal Edition of Dungeon of the Endless functions just the same way. You get the base game plus the DLC.
It's kind of weird, but you can get the normal, pixel, or crystal editions, or do upgrades from a lower version to a higher one on Steam. The one in the bundle is just the full crystal version.
Some of the games in the Monthly don't interest me and most I would have never bought on my own, but there's been a few gems that I ended up enjoying. Considering it's cheap as shit, I still feel like it's worth getting even if there's only 1-2 games each bundle that I play. And there's always the chance I'll get something I really wanted.
(I also give the keys I don't want to my spouse who likes some genres that I don't so it's more useful for the money)
iamaya2, you won Planets Under Attack, claim your prize :P
They take their time answering to tickets about re-rolls, don't they?
Unfortunately, sometimes. It should be done in a couple of days tops though. Did you use the "Request New Winner" option?

I don't think it's because games change to bundled but rather because the default steam price of the games changes.
Monday bundle up at IndieGala:
Edit: Here a couple more small giveaways for anyone interested:

With these Ferrero Rocher, you are spoiling us.
With these games, I meant games!
I won't win, but thanks for the chance @QuiteTheNoob
I actually just started playing that game yesterday. I like it so far, but seeing how big the map is I'm afraid clearing the objectives might become a bit repetitive later on.
