Are euros mad they can't get world first?

I really been keeping up with wow the last couple of years. Obviously european guilds used to get world firsts but they couldn't this time because they couldnt access the content until later. they mad? where, inform me.

I think blizzard should open hardmode worldwide at exactly the same time, oh, and have NO player testing of content. all in-house testing/tuning.
