Haste and talents

I have been searching for about an hour now and can't find the answer. Does haste increase the proc chance from talents outside of casting more spells?

Pretty sure that is only for RPPM trinkets.

I'm going to assume you mean FDCL and DI.
For Shadow, yes there is a very slight benefit because your dots tick more frequently, but its not a large factor. Particularly so because haste is Shadows primary stat anways.
For Holy/Disc, no there is no additional benefit. You'll only proc the talents more by casting faster.

Aside from increased ticks on dots, no. Haste doesn't effect RPPM either anymore.
