you need to check primary power instead of alternate power on the boss. so just put UnitPower("boss1") in your triggers and delete the ALTERNATE_POWER_INDEX.
also, your triggers are written with a lot of unnecessary API calls. if you care about decreasing your CPU usage (and you might not care at all, just trying to help) you should change your triggers to this
