off-hand expertise

Ok, so i'm an orc meaning if I wield axes I gain 1% exp, right now i'm wearing an axe in my MH and a sword in my OH. I'm not sure if it's worth getting my OH to exp cap (7.5) meaning that my MH would be 1% over cap, or if I should just leave my OH at 6.5%?

Before 5.4, the way to go was 7.5%/6.5% (or 7.5%/8.5%, if you had a sword in MH and an axe in OH.)

Now, with the change of Stormbolt, I don't know if it's still the correct answer if you're using Stormbolt. I'd say it is still correct, but it's probably better to wait for an answer from someone who has done the math.

For expertise on OH between that 6.5-7.5 its worth roughly the same as overcap hit.

I don't think storm bolt can be dodged or parried by bosses, so it shouldn't effect how much expertise your offhand gets.
