Was looking at dungeon journal, didn't see any heroic only changes in the Garrosh encounter.
After Ra-Den not having his abilities listed at all do you think Blizzard just didn't put his heroic abilities in the dungeon journal so it'd be a surprise?

Some of his heroic abilities are in the dungeon journal, they are just not marked as clearly eg. the heroic skull to indicate they are heroic mechanics. I expect to see the dungeon journal to be updated Wednesday. If not they'll be keeping the Sormwind phase hidden like Ra-den.

An besides new phase, Garrosh needs at least +1 ability per phase, I think.

He will 1 shot anyone in the intermission phase with Annihilate unless you have the buff from the adds.
