Okay so i checked howling and borean tundra and cobalt is nowhere to be found searched for 2 hrs, I've only found 1 thats it. Any ideas why theres so little?

Cobalt is required in bulk for engineering and blacksmithing. A lot of people have been leveling engineering lately to make the Sky Golem and other cool stuff. I sold a few stacks of cobalt bars for 400g a stack the other night. There is not a lot of it to farm because it is in high demand right now.

Best place for cobalt imo is zul'drak but with crz there are often other farmers out there and it's a pain no matter what. My best advice is to hit zul'drak at off-hours.

guaranteed cobalt in Utgarde Keep, not much though, 2 stacks an hour maybe....

cobalt was prolly the hardest part of getting mining high the old way as bots farm it in thundra/fjord 24/7/365.
