Swimming, Running, Rowing... Science & professionals can't seem to decide what the best way to loose weight is.
So what do you think?
Any experience?

Fast and don't break it.
Seriously, stop the fat food, don't eat all day long, drink a lot or eat fruit a lot, this should be a good beginning.
There is a big difference between losing fat and losing weight.
I bought the Nike+ Fuel-band.
Believe it or not, IT WORKS.
Makes you do more.
Eat less and exercise more. That is all there is to it.
Aye mate
Eat less exercise more and what food you do eat make sure it's healthy
Grains
Vegtables/fruits
Chicken/fish
Lean red meat etc etc etc no junk foods
Don't eat.
Not to mention, eat in small portions. You'll be able to digest it or something easier (Not sure if this actually matters though..).
All 3 are pretty good (running long term may not be the best on your knees)
I've heard rowing is fantastic though.
Diet, work out your TDEE (google it) and consume 500 calories under it a day, counting calories is the only 100% way of being able to lose weight. Any other method relies on luck and/or bullshit.
You just need to be in a caloric deficit. Calories in need to be lower than calories out. So basically, consume less calories than your body burns.
This. Keep your protein high and lower the amount of carbs and fats you consume. You can minimise how much muscle you lose which ensures all the weight you do lose is mostly fat.
In my case, low carb diet worked. Lost 45 lb in 2.5 months, and still going strong. The only exercise i do is an hour light jog every day. Went from 250 lb to 205, and still going.

Cut crap out of your diet.
High intensity interval training.
Weights.
You can do cardio if you want, but its not as efficient as the above. Nothing wrong with cardio, but I find cardio sessions in the gym boring as hell and its not as beneficial as hitting the weights and doing HIIT, but if you like cardio sessions, go for it.
Lose weight*
Anyway, it's all about your diet. Eat healthy foods and you will be set. This is the best way to go.
If you also want well formed body, you should exercise as well.
Move. Don't eat at night, don't eat crap food (McDerps, cola)
Eating less + exercise.
Really, that's the best way. If you burn more calories than you consume you _will_ lose weight. Exercise has many benefits on top of burning calories. It doesn't have to be hardcore either; you'd be amazed at the difference you see going from no exercise to something like pushups and pullups 304 times a week. Literally like an hour and 20 minutes of exercise / week.
Going balls-to-the-wall with the exercise portion will probably burn you out. Start small. If you enjoy it, great, add more. If not, stick to a minimal routine and you'll still be miles ahead of most people.
