Question about soul swap!

if uneering procs, im using Soulburn / SS, when i Soulswap that target again, will the swapped dots be all just crits on the other target aswell? The one i swapped it to? And so on, if i just ensure to Soulswap the target that has the 100% crit dots..

Or does SS calculate from the procs you have right as you soulswap..

Sorry for bad explanation! Guess someone would understand me.


So the same question goes for if i soulburn / SS when i get big int procs, and then when procs is out, i do SS again the target that recieved the big dots with procs, will the one swapped be empowered with the procs aswell? :P
