Feral Druid spell proc help

I've recently decided to give being a feral druid a whirl. I'm enjoying the gameplay, but something has been frustrating me. Theres a spell alert that comes up during combat and for the life of me I have no idea what its related to. It pops up at the top and bottom of the middle of the screen and looks like red/brown vines with a leaf like thing in the middle. I have no idea what its for and I feel like I'm missing something. Any help?

That basically gives you free instant healing touch or rebirth, which are also castable in cat form.

its realy annoying i am still planning to make an addon for it to hide that spell proc or show it on left / right instead
