What do you generally find more attractive on a woman: Black or Blonde Hair?

As Rich said, it depends on the person's skin tone, eye color etc., so it really depends on the person.

Well this is difficult... I'm a blond with a close friend with black hair, and as any normal self deprecating human being I'd personally believe she's prettier than me and her jet black hair is lovely. Although I'm a dark blond and personally I think dark blond FTW. Light blonds on the other hand...meh.

Plus side of blond over black though, my friend's first white strands were way more obvious than mine.

Black/dark hair, & tan are where it's at. If she has a pale complexion then dark hair will only emphasize it and make her look like a goth chic, but some ppl like that look.

Platinum/bleach blonde > black/dark brown > light brown > dirty/dark/normal yellow blonde > everything else.

Of course, the really light blonde is rarely a natural color, so in regards to standard natural hair colors, I guess I would typically prefer brunettes.

I would also add that the ability to pull off that look only works for girls and young women. With age, dark hair looks better in almost all cases.

Here is my opinion, if you stick with your natural color I prefer that, almost no matter what it is. If you are going to waste the time to color your hair, go wild. Pink, RED red, not redhead red, purple, platinum blonde, jet black. I dislike women who change their natural brunette hair to blonde, and vice versa. It seems to fall into some form of self-loathing that you dislike your natural hair color.
