    Playstation 4 - Brazil

    US PS4 price - $499,00
    Brazil PS4 price - R$ 3999,99 (it means ~$2200,00)

    It's a absurd. I'm no more a console gamer but i find this so much expensive...
    Btw, i'm just sharing that my country have one of the most unfair tax.

    lolwhat? They really tax it that much? Might have to buy a few PS4's, disassemble them, and ship them under the guise of "computer parts" to prospective buyers for half that price. *strokes beard*

If not i would try buying one online in the US, send it to someone you trust within the US ( if you know anyone there of course ) and get them to ship it to you as a gift, that is assuming your countries custom workers dont go through packages being sent.

    Are there the same kind of taxes when importing things?
    In my experience, the brazilian government usually overtax you when you import things.
