Whether I minimize the window or not this keeps happening. I've deleted and reinstalled Weak Auras from scratch and it's kept my auras and the window is still like this. Anyone know of any solutions or reasons for it happening?

By minimize the window do you mean you did click the little yellow up arrow button with the line above it with the red background in the upper right hand corner and it did nothing? If not, do that.

See the diagonal striping on the bottom left corner of the frame.
Drag that down to expand the frame.

Holy crap I'm so stupid! Thanks for this, I don't know how on Earth I didn't notice that. I thought the window was just broken.

No idea as to the cause, but it seems to be a consistent issue and someone will ask about it pretty regularly on here.
