Don't think you can get ramen here, but from what I can tell theya re just really cheap noodles.

i lived off really cheap noodles when I was a student at tesco a pack of noodles was about 8p, they made for great meals, chuck a bit of veg in and if I'm lucky some chicken, and I got myself a meal!

Think they're in the region of 15-19p, my mam used to get them from Aldi, an entire crate of like 20-40 packs at a time, various flavours. Loved em.

    And the like.

You could get slightly more expensive ones too

Yeah until this thread I never new it was even a real thing. I just thought Ramen ALWAYS came in square packages (or Styrofoam cups) that cost 15 cents. Learn something new every day.

Gotta spend more time in Cali! LA and San Francisco have some really kickass ramen places. The Japanese place that my ex took me to in LA had broth that was made with beef marrow boiled into it, so it was pretty damned rich.

Never had authentic Ramen, but I've eaten more than my fair share of Ramen at home and I still love it.

You mean the easy-bake oven ramen or the real stuff you get in Japanese restaurants?

I like both, though prefer the latter.

I like pasta in general. Although with the instant stuff it depends on the brand, not fond of the ones that just come in the plastic wrapper.

Just had myself some instant ramen for a late dinner, what a coincidence.

I know many people who love it.

Personally, I don't really like it that much. BUT, it's pretty damn cheap and will fill you up so it's not a bad option when looking for a quick, cheap meal.

I used to like it...and then I realized how bad it was for me, so I stopped eating it :/

Only ever had poor-person's ramen. Probably only ever will have poor-person's ramen. I like it as long as it's beef or chicken.
