How did he get the stick in his hands anyway? I thought Lucifer blocked his powers. If he didn't why didn't Crowley teleport out way sooner?

He had the collar on his neck which I believe was the same thing they used on Rowena that stopped her powers. After the chick helped him escape he didn't have it on anymore and thus had his powers back. No plot hole.

Oh no, Lucifer can definitely block Crowley's powers. There's also a power factor; Castiel blocking Raphael using his powers at the end of S6 because he got a huge power boost

It's a plot device that will be resolved during the season. You're literally asking questions that are the premise of the last half of the season.

Supernatural got renewed for Season 12.I bet that they will go with the Darkness into the next season since I don't know what will they do since there is nothing more powerful or terrifying as the Darkness.

They haven't really had a big bad that lasted more than a season. I think that God will reappear, possibly resurrect/release the rest of the Archangels and take on the Darkness only to have Lucifer to swap to the Darkness's side
