RIFT: EU lag issue is fixed and... game dev on Zaviel

Earlier today, lag was insane. Queues to get into the game were just as crazy.

Wasn't particularly bright of Trion to merge shards prior to a special event AND simultaneous Steam re-release. All the main servers were on FULL and long queues were experienced.

There were 3~6 second lags with world chat, guild chat, between looting mobs, etc... Auction house had lags in excess of 30 seconds in some cases.

However, I logged on a few hours ago and voila! ALL FIXED....

I got to see dev_Pithos in his shiny golden armour.

Uh i'm on Zaviel aswell, went to my GFs house for the weekend, guess i didn't miss much and all will be fine when i get back tomorrow =p
