WeakAuras problem

So today i noticed that i have extra cooldown ticker on my WeakAuras example: i.imgur.com/sVl5bEf.png and i.imgur.com/PDl7xBe.png . So here is my question how to fix this ? I already did the Rule thing for OmniCC but still it shows 2 CD tickers.

Do you only have omnicc for it?

Do you use Elvui and Addonskins?

Do you have the Blizzard CD on buttons turned on?

Also are you using %p for auras or no?

know your addons helps a lot....

Yes im using omnicc, no i dont use ElvUI or addonskins, no i dont have blizzard CD on and im not using %p for auras

Not even sure how its actually possible to have 2 times if you only have OmniCC doing it and you have Blizzards turned off. Unless you somehow have another addon doing it too. I know my UI has Blizz Off, No OmniCC, Elvui + Addonskins(if I have this on I have a timer otherwise I don't).
