Hard question to ask

Hi, I know this might not be accepted on this forum, but its a medical issue causing me some anxiety.

I have these white spots on the under side of my scrotum, I never noticed before, and I dont think they have been there for more than 2-3 weeks. I think it might be fordyce spots but honestly, I have no clue, and would like a more professional opinion. Since going to the doctor for the next few weeks is out of the question, does anyone know an online resource I could use to discover the root of this problem? (Perhaps one where you are placed with a professional who will evaluate you specifically)
