Switching from Holy pally to MW/BrM

Due to raids need i was asked to switch from my holy pally that is ilvl 555 14/14 norm with the guild, to my monk that i lvled as MW then switched to BrM for ToT progression, right now he is ilvl 536 MW and i havent raided as a MW... If anyone can plz give me pointers that would be great.. Kickingtiger-H-Stormscale... dont have any logs for this char yet but first time i do ill post it here..
