Lf Addon "Combat Mode"

So, I am not sure if this sort of addon exists for WoW as it does for GW2 and Wildstar.

Before I go into details about what I want from it in WoW, here is what it looks like in GW2

I am looking to do the following,

Lock my screen to my cursor as if I were holding right click.
Lock the cursor in the middle of the screen and replace it with a cross hair.
Swap right click and left click.
Bind a primary attack / builder to left click (right click is now left click and "interacts" / selects friendlies)
Makes abilities on my bar activate to whomever my cursor (now cross hair) is hovering over.
Opening my inventory, map, character sheet, any menus deactivates this addon. Closing them reactivates it.

Does this exist in WoW?

*or makes my right click into another attack and make the "interact" feature an assignable key like F or something
