so anyone have felt the side effects of this storm ?
i live in the middle east and my internet been so bad for past 2 days now beside mobile coverage was off/on too

I suspect your spotty net access and mobile coverage may just be a coincidence. X-class solar flares can pose a threat, but only if we're right in its path at the time.

Unless its a flare that will EMP an entire side of the planet I really don't think they are interesting anymore. People constantly 'aka News asshats' over drama solar flares.
