The best you can get with the money you have would be a 280X:

    Gigabyte AMD Radeon R9 280X ~R3639

Technically a 270X is "enough" but the 280X will give you more options should you choose to play other more demanding games and give you a little more lasting power.

    Gigabyte Windforce 3X 270X ~R2847

Thanks so much Notarget really appreciate the help read the review for the card Gigabyte Amd Radeon r9 280x and it states its good for wow at 103 fps so I am happy with that.
So would say this is a nice upgrade compared to the cards you gave me previously? And one more thing it does say the card takes up a bit of power and can be a bit noisy in saying that I only have the fan that came standard with my cpu can you recommend a better cpu fan for say a budget up to 1500 also from price check or nivo don't really matter which.

Yes the 280X is much more powerful. 270X/760 would be alright, imo the 280X is well worth the extra cost and will last you longer as well.

And one more thing it does say the card takes up a bit of power
Which power supply do you currently have?

This card could use around 375W (total system power) when stress tested so any decent 500-600W PSU is fine.

that I only have the fan that came standard with my cpu can you recommend a better cpu fan for say a budget up to 1500 also from price check or nivo don't really matter which.
Which case do you have? Some of the bigger heatsinks are 158mm and taller like these:

    Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
    Deepcool Lucifer

The cheapest decent option seems to be this:

Cooler Master Hyper T4 (152.3 mm tall)

Ok I think this might do, it's low profile so will fit even the smaller cases, from Nivo:

    Cooler Master GeminII M4 R~431

Thanks Notarget sorry for being so Vague about my system yes my power supply is a cooler master 750W so it is sufficient for the card. My tower is a Antec 9200 Tower. I will go with the Cooler Master GeminII M4 R~431 perfect. One more thing what sound card would you recommend up to say R1000 Max is creative still the best to go for?. I really appreciate all the help with helping me build up my system
