Farming efficiency idea

I have notice while playing that when you are trying to pick up items you can miss click a few times and have to drop the blues that you pick up.

It would be nice that if we can have an auto loot option like there is with gold that if you run up to the item it automatically picks up the item for you. And you make it even more efficient you can also filter out what you want to auto pick up ie: blues/rares/legendary, and even also potions.

Any thoughts on that idea?
Just want to see what the community thinks.

This. They just need to filter items showen on the ground inn the text, like "ignore rare items"
