So maybe we can get it faster than we got MoP

If it is, I don't really see it at all. This looks more on-par with the Cata reveal (if you remove the Old World Revamp).
FFXIV - Maduin (Dynamis DC)
The demo was nothing but a small starting zone. A few quests. 3 updated character models to choose from. And that was it. You were level 90 and the numbers were squished.

Hope so, I just hope it doesn't release too close to D3: RoS
I really would not read too much into that. Many things can happen during the testing phase. Hopefully this does mean we may see a beta sooner rather than later though.
^this. they had shadowmoon valley and frostfire ridge on display and they seemed pretty much done with a few exceptions. they also had a full dungeon playable. we were only able to play in those 2 zones though as the rest were closed off but we have no idea how far along the others are. they showed off little videos of some of the other zones but that doesnt give much to work with.
i would assume that the other zones are at least half done if not more since they had in game screenshots of most of them. not just concept art. we probably still have at least 6 months till this launches but thats not bad considering we were in ICC and DS for a year. if we got it sooner id be shocked but who knows.
I think its important to remember they're probably further along than what we saw at BlizzCon. BlizzCon presentations were probably made months in advance using old media and development content. Where they're at in November is probably way ahead of what was shown.
The lack of new races will probably help make this launch a speedier one as well since that mean no need to develop new starting areas and all that time can be spend on the 90-100+ stuff.
i expect it to be further along than MoP was, given that they have increased the development staff and have openly stated they intend to speed up the expansion cycle.
.
When someone asks you if you're a god, YOU SAY 'YES'!
yea and WoD is better than MoP so the devs are motivated to finish it fastrr but i think they should take their time. We dont want an xpac full of bugs
Glad to hear WoD is moving along nicely, my only worry is that they wont have Tauren done by Launch T-T. Though I suppose this gives me time to level up a Pandaren monk since I have not played MoP yet.
