    All achievements/pets/mounts are available in Flex except for the Garrosh stuff.

    Correct, he probably meant the 2 Garrosh mounts.

    Flex-Galakras mount
    Normal- Galakras mount + Kor'kron war wolf
    Heroic- Galakras Mount+ Kor'kron War Wolf + Kor'kron Juggernaut.
