Ability to absorb the inherint abilities of creatures (1 at a time, absorbing one will cause you to lose any previous ability) i.e. hawk vision, strength of a gorilla etc.

It's all fun and games but if you create a lot of cheap matter, it could cause all kinds of problems starting from pollution, increased gravity if you go too far.. or destroying the Earth altogether. Also if it's more limited and you cant actually create your own moon etc. if you make too much gold or other expensive materials, their price would drop and they would become almost worthless. You wouldnt even have to go crazy with it, if there is more supply than demand, the prices start dropping, people will panic and try to sell theirs fast and soon it's not worth anything any more.
Mine would be perfect fast regeneration (Wolverine) that also comes with no aging. You can keep the claws:P
