Combat rogue help?

Hey, I've recently gotten into PvE on my characters and am about to start gearing my rogue, I was wondering if combat with daggers is viable?

No it isn't viable at all slow/slow or slow/fast as combat. taking 2 minutes to read a sticky goes a long way fyi
