Shadow Priest stats

I am a little confused on the stat priority for re-forging as a Shadow Priest. This is just an alt and I have a ilvl of 431. I have 4pc SoO LFR Tier. I am currently at the 10,124 haste breakpoint. I can get a little bit higher but no where near the 18k breakpoint. What should my stat priorities be given all this info? Also I'm confused about mastery and crit. Which one is better? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

DP+3 or GCD are the only two important Haste Breakpoints.
