I am a 9/14Heroic Boomkin(I can play resto, feral or tank if needed, although their ilvl is a bit lacking and have a 554alt monk tank{without cloak})

I had to play a friends monk tank on H Malkorok Progression and ranked 25 on the kill.

Hype was founded mid-MOP, but many of the members have been around the raiding scene and WoW community since the beginning. Adapt is 9/14 HEROIC (13/13H T15 pre 5.4) and looking to add 1-2 players to the roster - people who can knock our socks off with their execution and output on progression content, demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of their class, and help improve the people around them through their positive attitude and team-first outlook.

A little more about the guild - we are a mature, drama-free 25-man guild with a long, stable history. Formed during Wrath from a set of folk who had been playing together casually since BC, we had solid 25-man progression during Cataclysm, capturing almost all server 1st 25-man kills and ending the expansion at US 128. During Mists we have continued this trend, clearing normal mode content the week of release, improving ranks with each new heroic kill, and ending T14 at 15/16H (6/6H MV, 6/6H HoF, 3/4H ToES) with a US85 rank.

All of this is accomplished on a relatively light schedule - we raid 8-12 PST on Tues/Wed/Thur. There is also plenty to do outside of raids - our guild is home to many high-playtime folk, there are multiple social/alt runs during the week, and we have a lot of folk that like to PvP, farm achievements/dailies, run LFR for ranks & to test things out, do retro raids or pet/mount runs, etc.

Simple Math of Andorhal needs a balance druid for a full-time 25-man raiding position. We raid Sunday-Wednesday 7:00pm-12:00am EST however days and times are flexible. We have completed 11/14 heroic Tier 16 normal modes, 13/13 tier 15 heroic modes, and 16/16 tier 14 heroic modes.

Server Details: Velen is PvE with a medium-high population, with a fairly balanced Alliance to Horde ratio (1 ally: 0.7 horde, roughly). Server time is pacific time but is physically located in New York. Velen was created in BC, but has steadily climbed in server rankings with every expansion.

Why choose Outlandish? What makes this guild special?

- Efficiency: With only 9 hours, we get as much real raiding done as possible. People voluntarily clear trash early so that we’re pulling the boss right at 6pm. With skilled, self-reliant, and prepared raiders, we do not waste time!

Who is Achievement?

Achievement was formed over 3 years ago as a 25 man guild on the PvP server Mannoroth. Even with our 9 hour per week raid schedule, we have consistently been among the top progressed guilds on the server, thanks in part to our officers who work tirelessly to make sure we succeed, and of course the great raid team that we have compiled over the years.

At this time, we are opening recruitment for our 25 man raid group. A minimum 550 ilvl is required. If your class is not listed below, and you feel you are an exceptional player, please apply. Exceptions to these requirements can be made for the right people.

Since we only raid 9 hours a week, we make the most of the time we have. We expect Raiders and Pledges to be up to date on fight mechanics and specific class duties. Our raid leader is a fast moving guy and expects everyone to keep pace. All that being said, the raid environment is laid back and there is plenty of time to joke around and have a good laugh. So if you are looking for a guild who can down progression content while maintaining a pleasant raiding atmosphere, Achievement is the guild for you.

Also, for those under the ilvl requirement or looking for something more casual, we have recently built a solid alt run which cleared ToT with some heroics. The alt run is currently 7/14 in SoO normal. We require a minimum 525 ilvl for the alt run, which is on Wednesday and Sunday nights at 7:45 pm.

Loot System:

Loot is handled using the EPGP system, modified with boss kill, on time, and progression raiding time bonuses. It assigns a ratio of gear rewarded per effort and provides guild leadership a tool to accurately assess raid performance. We have also implemented a semi-random loot council for Heroic weapons, trinkets, and tier.

About Us:

<Casually Addicted> is a long-term guild that recently came back into action to finish Heroic T16 progression and move into Mythic with the best possible players. We aim to have a small, dedicated raid group as we dominate 25 man content.

What we expect from Raiders:

Raid spots are performance based, and will always be open for competition
During raids, raiders should be expected to be like adults, this means you are responsible for your mistakes, and will be expected to correct them
Although we have a laid-back environment, raiders are expected to know when to be serious
Raiders are required to come to raids with at least basic knowledge of relevant raid encounters.
Raiders are expected to be at their keyboards during raid times. Excessive AFKing, slow wipe recovery, and not listening to assignments that hold up the raid are not acceptable.
We expect you to have a working microphone and be able to speak on mumble when necessary
Raid-Wide “5 minute” AFKs will be allowed, but will be followed by an attendance check. This should provide ample time for bio breaks, grabbing a snack, or whatever else needs to be done during raid time.
When “on standby” for raids, raiders must be ready to step into the raid at a moment’s notice, and know what is required of them.
If raiders expect to receive consumables from the raid bank, they are expected to contribute to it
