They take other movies, games, or anime, plaster their own ghetto spin on it, and then call it their own property, and there's normally nothing the original owners can do about it. Why do they this? It's ridiculous.

I'm gonna let 'em know that Dolemite is back on the scene! I'm gonna let 'em know that Dolemite is my name, and fuckin' up motherfuckers is my game!
Because it's profitable.
More important questions should be asked. Such as, why do movies continue to use multiple of the same cliches even though people are sick of it? Why do games try to be unique an different by meshing multiple of already used game mechanics to create a monstrosity that will fall flat? Why is anime becoming more sexist, homoerotic, and "over the top" when a clear line shows that older anime is still worshiped by weaboos worldwide whilst newer anime becomes forgot?
The list never ends.
well you know china is closed country, that is pretty much only way for most of their people to get some culture from outside.
Look up China in the Index of Economic Freedom.
It's a country currently under totalitarian/oligarchigal rule, with a culture and state that deeply disrespect property rights, yet with access to Western technology. Result: the land of cheap knockoffs.
