Elvui not working at 4k (3840 x 2160) Need alternatives.

As the title says, I have a 4k monitor but elvUI will keep all UI elements in the middle and wont let me move them around at all.
I have no interest in building my own UI, I'd rather just downloading something and play the game rather than tweak addons.
Does anyone else use a 4k monitor? Found a UI pack that works?

I play with 5760x1080, almost nothing works without customisation. MoveAnything can cover most of the problems I encounter, but I don't like premade ui packs :P
