Quick question arms pvp

My warrior is engineer and i macro'd synapse strings into one of my keys but i noticed that this puts the on-use trinket on cooldown for 10 seconds so i cant really stack them together.

What should i do then ?

Dont do this, put synapse with on-use trinket but put on-use trinket above synapse.
With his advice you could end up wasting the on-use trinket if you charge, MS->CS and pop burst macro. Then you have wasted your on-use trinket because synapse put it on CD. What I do is charge-MS-CS-Pop burst macro with on-use trinket and Slam away then hit the macro again for Synapse after its CD are down from using the on-use trinket.
You can not pop trinket and synapse at the same time...
