I want to say it may be an indication of an incoming WoD alpha/beta, but I think it's probably a bug.
A false positive?

What's with all the servers having (5.4.1) beside them?
This also might be a visual bug; although an interesting one. Whenever the instance servers are down the max level players can queue for low level dungeons but it won't go through. You can also see instances that aren't available to players in that list when instance servers are down (for restarts/maintenance/etc). This might be that going on.
Photoshop or private server hijinx no doubt.
they didn't even capitalise (wrong spelling? how ironic when I go grammar nazi) the "r" in realm...
Also, why would there be a GM testing realm for the current patch? Or if there is, it's probably just used to test stuff, and it'd be little more than an inconvenience if players join it.
I do have to wonder why the realm population is medium.
And for the final blow: First image, you have no characters on that realm. Second picture, you have 2 freshly created characters on your realm. (with an inconsistent naming pattern to it) Also: why would a testing developer on a testing realm need 2 freshly created characters?

probably a glitch in the system.
