Question on curse of agony

I think that's what its called? The item that lets players kill both factions on timeless isle?

So is there a place on the island where its like a safe zone from players using that? The guards don't seem to do anything :S

Censure, not curse. And no, the guards don't care if you gank your own faction.

The only was to avoid being killed - as far as I know - is to be on a PvE server and keep the PvP flag off. If you have the flag on, or are on a PvP server, you can be killed without warning by players who use the censure (as with all PvP, even if you have the flag off, you can still acidentally turn the flag on by using an offensive spell against someone who has used the Censure). The Censure also makes you hostile to your faction's flight master and the celestial court guards. You CAN kill both. Be warned however, the flight masters are incredibly difficult to kill, and because they have a lengthy respawn timer, your fellow faction players will most likely get pissed off.
