    First time attempting to build

This build may take a few months to actually complete, but here is what I will be looking for:

    Budget - around $600-700
Games / Settings Desired - WoW -Ultra preferred, High acceptable. Diablo 3 - decent - high, I won't be playing it that often but would like this to be decently playable.
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc) - Nothing in particular. I am in school for business programming, but unsure if there will be any intensive software with it.
    Country - USA
Do you need an OS? No, I can get it through my school.
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? Possibly some cheapish speakers, nothing high end. I have some cheap logitechs right now that I can move over depending on if I can find cheaper or around the same. I believe they were $15-20ish.
A 21" monitor or so would be nice with HDMI port if it helps with qualitity

    I can't post links but...
pcpartpicker.com/p/2aeuT is a build I was looking at that I found from another thread. Would like to stay somewhere in that price range.
Also, recommendations on the order to buy the pieces would be appreciated.
