Love steak. How I like it cooked depends on how good the meat is.

If it's really nice meat, medium rare is great. If it sucks, char that shit up.

It's a waste of money making me a steak, I mean, I'll eat it if it's on my plate, but there are a lot of meats I prefer over steak.

i use to hate steak as a kid because my mother was vegetarian and always cooked it well done, where it was really dry and bland, wasn't until recent years i started cooking them myself and having them medium rare, and now i love them!
