Need for speed rivals - ultimate cop pack help :/

ok i entered in the code i got for pre-ordering need for speed and it is saying that the code has already been used, i tried entering it yesterday but the psn wasnt working properly now i cant find the content i need to download for the pack. it isnt showing in my download section either, is there someway to find the content to "redownload" it?
