Should i upgrade now, or later?

I am looking to upgrade for warlords of dreanor. Will there (properly) be a new generation of CPUs or GFXs before it will be released, or can i upgrade now?

Well, if you're upgrading specifically for WoD then it's always better to wait as long as possible to get the best components available for that product at the best prices. If you want to upgrade for an overall gaming system that you will have use for right away then I don't really see a point in waiting as the differences in performance between generations is generally low when applied to real world usage(gaming). But to answer your question directly, yes, there will most likely be a new generation of GPU's and CPU's somewhen in 2014.

Ehh... Not that I'm aware of. A "Haswell Refresh" is happening somewhere mid-2014, but that's not really a reason to wait, tbh. And both AMD and nvidia have already shown their collective marketing cards. If anything, maybe just a refresh of those. An "R9-280x Ghz" or "770ti" or some such. Little else.
