You can get a Haswell I5 from superbiiz for same price. You don't need an expensive z87 on one either. Even a cheap z87 will OC well. All that matters is the chip. Power phases aren't as important on haswell. You can find a on sale Asus, Asrock z87 for cheap. MSI if you use headphones (stereo sound) is even cheaper.
