[A] <Achievement> 12/14H 25 man Recruiting 3 Nights
Who is Achievement?
Achievement was formed over 3 years ago as a 25 man guild on the PvP server Mannoroth. We currently have two raid teams running every week. The Main Raid, runs Tue/Thur/Mon (9 hours) and the Wed/Sun Raid runs Wed/Sun (6.5 hours). Despite our Main Raid’s 9 hour per week schedule, it has consistently been among the top progressed guilds on the server, thanks in part to our officers who work tirelessly to make sure we succeed, and of course the great raid team that we have compiled over the years.
At this time, we are opening recruitment for our 25 man raid group. A minimum 565 ilvl is required for the Main Raid and 560 ilvl for the Wed/Sun Raid. If your class is not listed below, and you feel you are an exceptional player, please apply. Exceptions to these requirements can be made for the right people.
Main Raid:
Warrior- Prot- High
Monk- BM- High
Shaman- Resto- Higm
Paladin - Holy/Ret - High
Druid- Resto- Med
Since both raids have a limited amount of time per week, we make the most of the time we have. We expect Raiders and Pledges to be up to date on fight mechanics and specific class duties. Our raid leader is a fast moving guy and expects everyone to keep pace. All that being said, the raid environment is laid back and there is plenty of time to joke around and have a good laugh. So if you are looking for a guild who can down progression content while maintaining a pleasant raiding atmosphere, Achievement is the guild for you.

In addition to progression raiding, our guild has developed into so much more. Top rated challenge modes, flex runs, PvP nights, and of course achievement runs, are just some of the perks of being part of our community.
Many of our fellow guildies also play many other online games together, including Final Fantasy, Diablo, and Minecraft. We are more of an online community than a WoW guild. It is never boring around here.

Loot System:
Loot is handled using the EPGP system, modified with boss kill, on time, and progression raiding time bonuses. It assigns a ratio of gear rewarded per effort and provides guild leadership a tool to accurately assess raid performance. We have also implemented a semi-random loot council for Heroic weapons, trinkets, and tier in the main raid only.
