Need psu for new build

So, I'm upgrading my computer in upcoming weeks and I figured I might aswell upgrade my psu also as my current one is getting quite old (5 years+).

What my build is going to be:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H
CPU: i5 4670k with Hyper 212 EVO for cooling
GPU: Gtx 760
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Hard drives: Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB & Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB

Depends on budget, do you want modular, support for SLI etc.?

EVGA SuperNOVA 650W 80+ Gold $75, fully modular
XFX 550W $60 non-modular

My budget is around 100 euros, I don't really care whether the psu is modular or not. As for SLI support, I don't really think I'm going to need that
