Is it worth canceling a frostbolt that I just started casting(<.4)secs when a BF procs with 2pc?

The golden rule of playing a caster is the "ABC" rule. Always. Be. Casting.
No, it is not worth cancelling your frostbolt.
Ah, okay thank you! I just figured that with the 20% extra on the FFB/IL/FB it wouldn't be worth the possibility of having it override the BF.
EDIT: Nevermind
considering the cast time of frostbolt is nearly the same as gcd... nope, dont even think of it
Even if u cancel your frostbolt within 0.00000001 sec because you have amazingly impossible reaction time, the GCD still owns you.
Casting frostbolt triggers a GCD, even if you stop casting immediately. Thats however much time your GCD is lost in damage. If you sit around doing nothing for an entire second, well, thats a bit of damage lost.
So, long story short, never, EVER cancel any spell, ever, unless you will die otherwise. And as a mage, you shouldn't have to worry about movement affecting casting.
