Do I need to be expertise capped on my OH as fury?

Ok, so I've been thinking about this for a while now, since raging blow and stormbolt both use off-hand special attacks maybe I should be expertise-capped on my off-hand aswell?

Well it was discussed last tier when everyone was using bloodbath. Then it wasnt worth it going for offhand exp cap in an ideal environment (always attacking from behind etc.).

Now that everyone uses Stormbolt it might be different. Especially considering that you only lose a bit of mastery and taking that 1% more of Expertise gives you more reliability. Also in all honesty there will always be situations where you are in front of the boss for 1 or 2 attacks, then it will definitely be worth it taking the additional expertise. In the end it all comes down to reliability vs. something like 100dps more in a perfect environment.

Offhand expertise is worth somewhere between mastery/haste, slightly closer to haste. It's not suboptimal enough that anyone really cares if you end up going 8.5/7.5 or 7.5/6.5 as long as the main hand is capped.

Thank you, had no idea that stormbolt couldn't be dodged/parried. Won't worry too much about OH expertise then.
