Lotr trilogy, die hard 1-3. Maybe 4 for testosterone boost :-D. As a kid I would always watch home alone + this one Christmas mobie, forgot the name but it's basically one of the elves at Santa's workshop leaves to work for an "evil" toy company in new York, Santa gets help from a homeless kid and they save christnas. Used to love it as a kid.

This: Jack Frost 1979 version ( lol came out 11 years before I was born). Watch it every year.

Also I used to watch this one movie when I was a kid, but I can't remember what it was called. All I know is that it came on every year around christmas time and involved santas workshop being down inside a mailbox I believe. There were two evil elves and they got sucked into the mailbox or something....If anyone knows what this is please say something!

Edit: I figured it out! It is this movie. The elf who saved christmas.

Home Alone 1 & 2 every year back-to-back since I was maybe 13 or 14. Depends on the feel, but I may also watch The Grinch (the animated awesome one) too.

In the last few years, the Community claymation Xmas episode is a must as well.

Interesting, it seems there are different variations under the same name. The Jack Frost i was talking about is this one:

I don't watch it every year, but It's a Wonderful Life is one of my favorites.

    Elf and Scrooged are good.

Not exactly a Christmas movie. Just takes place around that time, but I love Grumpy Old Men.

I'm so bored of A Christmas Story, if I don't see it for 10 years, it'll be too soon.

It's horrible and a total play to Schwarzenegger's vanity, but that is what makes it so funny. It's completely ridiculous and makes little sense.
God I agree so much. Jingle All the Way is so bad, but I fucking love it. It's probably nostalgia coated for me. Otherwise, Home alone 1&2, and anything else the niece wants to watch. (Though I do watch these alone too.)

Santa Clause used to be a family tradition every single Christmas Eve night right before bed, we still watch a movie now at that time -- but it's other movies.
