How to gear level a feral fast?

I'm trying to have some fun with a druid, nothing serious, just to see the basic content, though I wonder what's the fastest way at this moment in the game to do it.

I haven't been playing for at least a year, since release of mop, and I do not know what's the fastest way.

I now have 2500 justice on lvl 89 and I do not know what's the fastest way, get gear with that, wait for valor, am I forced to get a rep? (remember, that's not for something too serious, so if it's a lot of extra work for just 0.1% advantage I could avoid it).

Go to Timeless Isle, grab all the gear you can from the chests, start doing SoO LFR and you should have around 520 ilvl in a week or two

Timeless Isle for 496 pieces
HC scenario daily for guaranteed 516 piece then random chance daily after.
502 boots from quest line in Shrine library.
476 pvp pieces if you're running just short of an lfr limit.
Be prepared to run tank or feral for lfr just so you get a much faster queue.
Look out for any flex groups that are going.
If super rich you can also pay for a raid run, but they are around 100k at the minimum.
