Looking for a Video Card

I'm looking for a video card around 70$-100$ price range that will work for my current setup that I'm in the process of putting together. I'm still pretty new when it comes to this sort of thing so I would like to get some opinions from as many people as I can before I commit to one.

Most of your parts are good. A lot of them are cousins (not kissing cousins) of what I just built.

Even though the graphics card is the easiest thing to upgrade, you are really shooting yourself in the foot in that price-range...

So much that I don't even really have a suggestion. I'm not trying to be a prick, just trying to beg you to give us another 100 to really round out your parts.
