Due to the recent loss of a few players due to IRL, we are looking for a couple of like-minded players to polish off our roster for our final push in Siege. Tank applicants must have an immediately viable off-spec.

AN IDEAL APPLICANT:
★Is 565+ iLvl
★Has a history of heroic experience, especially this tier
★Can attend 90% of our raids
★Prefers using GCDs on utility over personal meters
★Prefers being on the bottom of the 'damage taken' meters over topping the damage/healing meters
★Can dish out and accept blunt criticism
★Recognizes and owns up to his/her mistakes
★Does not repeat the same mistakes over and over again
★Can work well with others
★Is looking for a home

ABOUT THE RAID:
<Deviant> is a competitive 25 man World of Warcraft raiding guild. Formerly the WoW Chapter of Shining Force (http://www.shiningforce.net), we have raided together since 2011. We take progression, performance, and personal accountability very seriously, but at the same time we like to enjoy each other's company while killing bosses.

We strive to make this guild a “home away from home,” where people look forward to logging on to raid. We do not tolerate condescending remarks, personal attacks, or negative attitudes. As a result, our turnover has been extremely low and we are selective about who we give trials to.

We will never raid past 11pm or add an additional raid day, even on progression content.

ABOUT THE GUILD:
After hours our website and Mumble are active. On the forums, our raiders, family, and friends talk about all sorts of topics including strategies, other games, and funny gifs and videos. In Mumble we regularly engage in shenanigans and tomfoolery. We run optional alt runs, RBGs, achievement, and fun-runs throughout the week.
