    Hi there do anyone of you know where i can find something like this:

    which is up to date, or a way i can look through the files myself in my own world of wacraft installation?

    It is possible to extract through a command in the client the interface code and the artwork.
    Viewing Blizzard's Interface Code describes the chat commands, but you first need to run the client with the Console Flag enabled.

    Being in BLP format, you will need a suitable viewer for the images.
    My current preference is xnView Portable.
