WoW Map Viewer

Hello. I'm trying to get WoW Map Viewer, but having downloaded several versions, the latest being 2012, I think, none of them work. For some reason when I try to run the .exe after extracting nothing happens. Can anyone link me a working version?

I've tried this one, which according to another thread on Champ, is a "working version." Nothing happens when I try to run it.

From what I know,WoW Map Viewer hasn't been functional for quite a while.Could be wrong though.
I can't remember the name,but there has been a brand new tool for exploring released recently.There was a thread about it a few days back here,but again,can't remember the name.
