4Set Frost or Blood?

So I main frost atm, and have 2set equipped. I also have 4 Cursed Essences (or w/e) in my bags. Should I continue to 4set Frost or better to turn them into blood for my OS. Either way, I will have 2 going to OS.
2 of my nonset pieces are warforged so i will lose afew stats, is the bonus worth it?

4-piece is worth 2-3% of total damage done for frost. 2-piece blood is great, but 4piece is rather meh, in my opinion.

4-piece Blood is awesome. 4 free Death Runes every 75s (with amp trinket) is really useful.

My frost 4p is normally 2.8-4% depending on what boss.

4p frost for dualwield is really good buff to your dps, coupled with the amp and cdr trinkets, i believe in the right gear it might even reach 5%. On my sims on light movement fight it even goes for 7% all tho i never reached that number in SoO. Still is way too good bonus for frost.

In short my answer frost 4p > blood 4p

P.S. but better just consider witch spec you play more often and take that bonus. This will give you more overall value for your raid group
